Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong. Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Hong Kong.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on your destination and order details.

    • We accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sulis-swimwear.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
